On the hip

Belting my jeans and even my shorts these days. I would normally wear my jeans/shorts without as it seemed to be the way forward however these days it seems quite right to dress pants and jeans up with belts again. I’m glad about it as lately I’ve picked up a few nice ones, and as a complete shopaholic I’m sure to have stocked a pile from over the years.

I wore
Shorts/Diesel. Belt,H&M. T Gestuz. Celine Audrey sunglasses.

Soak it up…

(Scarf/Mulberry. Jacket/Topshop. Jeans/Diesel)

A simple scarf and jacket look for a sunny Sunday morning coffee. Came as a surprise to see blue skies. With all the rain that’s been poring down on us it was nice to soak up the sunshine. The scarf I picked up in the summer sales and I’m now wondering what I did without it??I feel quite bear when it’s not snug around me. I’m sure you’ll see a lot more of it in my pics over the next few weeks ….

The mid week sun seemed like the perfect excuse to bring out these frayed denims. I’m possibly milking wearing them for every minute of sunshine…. do love a blazer and shorts combo..

Last day

On the last day of 2011 I’ve decided to wear my new season Zara dress, love the neckline and drop back. The fact it’s style has been influenced by something a ballerina would wear makes me feel ladylike and elegant. The shade of pink is also keeping to the theme of soft and feminine. I’ve contrasted it with polka dot tights and my favourite Christian Louboutin shoes. Read on…

It’s the end of 2011 so wanted to say a big thank you for all your support over the last 10 months. Thanks for the comments the shares and your views. I appreciate every single one. I know my audience has reached the whole of the US and Europe and there aren’t many countries that haven’t hit the blog, which makes me so proud. I remember starting the blog posting anything I liked and finding I loved it. It was a means of expressing my love of fashion and a chance to be creative, and to try and build a career around something I’ve always dreamt of. I’ve had a great year filled with fun. meeting good friends and celebrities. I’m proud of what I’ve managed to achieve, and also very excited about 2012.  I have lots of ideas and projects I’ll be working on in the new year. Have a wonderful evening and I will see you in 2012…

Loving the pop colours coming into season. Great 80’s remix feel. This time round thou it’s been done more classy then trashy and it’s good to be able to wear strong colours that look great with light wash denims or clashed with other bold colours. The new year is mad for these candy pop and pastel lights that enhance skin tone and eye colour. Enjoy….
