A quick fix for a simple jeans and vest outfit. This camo print jacket is just the job for a day out and about. Torn denims, embellished shoulders, a pop of colour and hey-ho you got yourself a great daytime outfit. A mix of comfy and cool. Not a great deal of effort needed but it’s surprising how the use of colours and varied fabrics, can make everyday dressing a little more interesting. The key to a good look is getting the key pieces correct. Jeans that you feel comfortable in. A great jacket or coat that can see you through the season and of course a handbag. A throw over your shoulder one is preferable for jam packed days.I used to play safe with black but I’ve ventured out into using red, blue and now this plum suede bucket bag. As I’m in the boutique today I thought I’d stick with these glam ballerina flats.Love it that they have a little sparkle to them… makes them a little more interesting. Even the smallest details can make an outfit.

Hey smarty pants. How fab are these gorgeous burgundy velvet tuxedo trousers. I’m finding it time to shift into something warmer for these chilly days/ evenings. These pants by designer Each X Other are super hot and very glamorous. The berry colours are certainly making there mark on my wardrobe.I find my self drawn to them more and more. Cosy yet extravagant. The masculine tux played out in a womanly way with slinky high heels and soft silks. It’s a pretty cool look. The added luxury of the silk gives for a super rich feel and fab for dinner dates and evenings spent out on the town. They come with a matching jacket but I’ve kept away from the matchy macthy look and think I’ll keep my eye out for something a little different to wear with them.I’m adding a touch of burgundy to the nails too. I’m usually wearing something silver or nude on the nails but this rich colour looks fab with accessories. Especially love it with gold.

I was wearing
Tuxedo Trouser Each X other (find them here & here)
Silk Blouse Virginie Casataway (shop it at the dress me perfect boutique)
Vest Zara ( something nice here & here)
Barely there sandal heels River island
Bag Zara (similar here)

She’s a lady

Skirt,Topshop.Blouse Topshop past season. Belt Yves Saint Laurent. Shoes, Christian Louboutin

The lady like trend is taking over my wardrobe at the moment and I feel I’ve found a way of dressing that I really like. The look has always captivated me in that it emphasises the beauty of a woman’s shape and the seductive attitude it can portray. The fact it plays on ladylike features and everything feminine makes me think it’s worth investing in a few classic staple pieces such as pencil skirts, and pretty blouses.

I’ve been obsessed with the love brand these last few weeks, so when I opened the parcel to find that In love with fashion had sent me through a few beautiful dresses from their collection I Couldn’t resist dressing up. I’ve worn this cute aubergine polka dot tutu skirt dress with hat from topshop, styled with my Alice Hannah headband and my Zara boots. I adore how tutu skirts make you feel playful and a little cute .. Christmas is nearly here, another excuse to dress up ! Enjoy xxx
