I was only thinking the other day that I’ve been blogging for the past 15 months with no break. Hence the lack of blog post this last week. I decided to have a little rest,but I’m back to it with these pics from my day at the races. My first experience at such an event. Wow what a wonderful day I had .. . one of the best. Won on several races, celebrated with champagne and laughed ..alot !! I could live the day again and again ….

Wore silk shorts from one teaspoon and silk vest from gold hawk.Kinda looked like I had stepped out in my lingerie but can assure you it is outer wear! Covered up in a zara coat.

The thing is when you change your hair colour your clothes look so different on you… eeerrr annoyed !!! Trying my hardest to keep out of my jeans so wore trackie pants with these gorgeous cut out heels.Couldn’t resist a glimpse of denim so wore this vest.It’s sleeveless so perfect for layering as it doesn’t bulk out the arms when worn with a jacket.

Mixing dark wash with bleached out denim for a chilled out evening.Thought I’d catch up on a few bits over a shandy.. trying to make the most of every dry minute. Since bringing to life my Prada’s this week I’ve found it hard to take them off. They are from S/S 05 and actually have a slight banana heel,just not blocky like the current shape.Personally think they should create a stiletto banana heel again, I love them and the perfectly placed ankle strap that makes the legs look longer…works for me.

Took full advantage of a sunny evening and headed out for dinner. Wore this heavily bleached out denim with a cute full skirt. I do seem to be drawn to denim, the only kind I do tend to stay away from is the bright coloured kind.. a bit to unforgiving for me !!

We are far from wallowing in summer sun and every time I wake up hoping for the clouds to break and summer to begin it rains harder.It’s just driving me crazy having all these lovely summer clothes and not being able to wear any of them.I didn’t actually go out like this today, these were taken whilst the sun broke through. I wanted to show you this stunning V back top. Side on silhouette is just so pretty. I had to bring a little summer to a rainy day !!! My top is topshop,denim shorts that I dream of wearing to the beach are Zara and my platforms are KG.

After a crazy day yesterday I took the morning to grab breakie and write the hundred emails I’ve been meaning to do these last few days…. eeerr draining! My outfit consisted of candy pink braces and powder blue pants. These sherbet pastels resembling something you’d coat a liquorice stick in or even better a packet of love hearts. xxx

I started instagramming last night and I’ve been doing it all day! The results.. my day styling for the tenovus donation campaign. I had to source outfits from several tenovus charity shops to style a shoot that took place in the arcades of Cardiff. Roller skates I was kindly given as a little pressie from tenovus.I had found them in one of the tenovus shops and used them for a cool 80′s look on the shoot today. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them,well my feet in them !! A new pair of shorts I’m hoping to wear when this rain stops. My chocolate fix and a very sleepy me before bed….
