THE HIS + HER CHRISTMAS GIFT GUIDE
The his + her gift guide. For beautiful presents and stocking fillers head this way. This year there are so many great pieces for friends, lovers and family that it’s hard to decide what to buy. I’ve put a few together from my favourites as a little gift guide to help you on this cyber monday.(On-lines busiest shopping day)
Shopping lists can go on and on, especially at christmas we can go over board on buying. The best thing to do is buy one or two great presents and pack it out with little stocking fillers. Fun pieces as well as the necessities. Buying something that the other person wouldn’t buy themselves is usually a good idea. A little spoil or luxury piece. Most of us don’t buy the things we love, we buy the things we need. So christmas is the perfect time to give something possibly seeming totally impracticable but dearly loved. I’ve many on my wish list. Think most of them will also be staying on there for now. But it’s always nice to dream…..
How to to shop the guide?? It’s easy- Just click the items you like to view and buy. Happy shopping xxx
Back to my original curls for the day. This is a new kind of post. I’ll be doing lots more of them. I’ll focus on one part of an outfit-either hair, make up or clothing and do it in a 360 degree view.Today is the turn for curls. Don’t like curls to be too perfect-messy is definitely better. I like big hair. Doesn’t take much for me to get this look as my hair is naturally very curly. I normally wear my hair straight, unless I’m having a complete day off. I don’t like to use lots of products as I find it leaves it too matted/sticky. The best thing for my curls is serum or a very light hair creme. Today I wore my oversized grey coat and jumper as it’s pretty miserabe weather here. That’s another great thing about going natural with the hair, you don’t have to worry about the weather as much as when you have a set look.
To get my curls I blow dried the roots straight, scrunched dried the ends with a diffuser brushed it through with a paddle brush. Curled a few pieces with a straightener then added serum and creme to the ends.

Just a quick hello- I’ve not posted in nearly a week! I’m missing my blog but its been a really busy week for me. I’ve got a lovely post coming up- hopefully by tomorrow. Some new season pieces…
I’ve added a quick pic from my Instagram and you can see a few more from my week here. This one was a double filtered pic and I think it has an old Hollywood feel to it. I’ve gone for Glam glossy nails – in a burgundy which I know you can’t see properly here but they give a very glamorous feel to the image. Hope your all enjoying the summer xxx Dawn
(I’ve had to post this via iPhone – first time I’ve ever done it – quite useful but it doesn’t size the image correctly !! So apologises for any mistakes)
